How long does delivery take? - Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery times vary depending on your location. Will I receive a receipt or invoice? - Yes. Your order confirmation email is your receipt. Need a tax invoice? Email info@felbeauty.com we endeavour to send this within 1 working day. At busy times this will take longer.
How can I track my order? - Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area.
Refunds & Returns
Final Sale – No Returns or Refunds
All Kissylips Cushy Shine Lip and Cheek Balm™ purchases are final sale. Due to the personalized nature of our products and the hygiene standards required for cosmetics, we are unable to accept returns, issue refunds, or offer exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect shade selection. We strongly encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.
Exceptions for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
While general returns are not accepted, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (including receiving the wrong shade), you are eligible for a free replacement.
Timeframe for Reporting Issues
To qualify for a replacement, customers must report any damaged, defective, or incorrect item within 7 business days of delivery. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement.

Our team will review your claim and confirm your replacement as soon as possible.
No Return Required for Faulty Items
You do not need to return the damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Once your claim is approved, your replacement will be produced and shipped automatically.
Shipping Costs for Replacements
For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover all replacement and shipping costs. There will be no additional charges for you.
Compliance With Consumer Protection Laws
While all custom-made lip balm sales are final, we comply fully with all applicable consumer protection laws regarding defective or misdescribed goods. Your satisfaction and safety are important to us.
What if I purchased my product from another retailer?
If you purchase your product from an authorized retailer, please contact them directly for assistance. Fel Beauty Inc. is unable to refund or replace any item sold through other authorized retailers.
