How do I make an order?

  1. Choose your product and click add to cart.
  2. Click 'checkout' in the cart to start the process of payment selection.
  3. You can leave special instructions or change the quantity you need, or add any discount codes or gift cards in the cart, before proceeding.
  4. Next click 'CHECKOUT' to be taken to the payment page.
  5. Enter your personal details and delivery address and choose a shipping option.
  6. Finally Choose a Payment Option then push "Complete Order." You will be notified via email with an attached pdf receipt

How do I pay for my order? Is it safe to use my credit card? - When you checkout you are directed to Shopify secure payment gateway where you can enter your credit card or payment details safely.

What payment options do you offer? - Fel Beauty accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:

  • All major credit cards, as shown at checkout including Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, Discovery and American Express.
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, Union Pay & Shop Pay
  • Shop Pay Installments

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

How much does shipping cost?

USA

  • USA Standard Shipping - $4.99 (in 5–8 business days via UPS)
  • USA Express Shipping - $14.99 (in 1–2 business days via UPS)
  • FREE Nationwide Shipping on Orders $25+

International

  • Canada - $19.99

How long does delivery take? - Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery times vary depending on your location. But usually take 1-2 days for express and 5-8 days for standard economy. Please see our Shipping Policy for more charges/location details.

Will I receive a receipt or invoice? - Yes. Your order confirmation email is your receipt. Need a tax invoice? Email info@felbeauty.com we endeavour to send this within 1 working day. At busy times this will take longer.

How can I track my order? - Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area.

Do you have a physical store? - No. Fel Beauty is proudly online-only, but our Kissylips can be found in Sephora stores.
